This wine is definitely sweet(4.5% residual sugar), but the sweetness is slightly offset by the acidity. It has aromas of melon, honeysuckle, and mint. The finish is very smooth.
The sweetness makes this a dessert wine. Serve it with desserts such as creme brulee, ladyfingers, fruit or angel food cake. Be sure the dessert is not sweeter than the wine or it will make the wine taste bitter. The sweetness will also stand up tospicy Mexican and Thai foods.
