Tasting Notes: Made with clones from the Grosso category, this wine, as is very typical, is light in color. Often referred to as the most savory of all varieties, it has aromas of raspberry jam, rhubarb, cranberries and cinnamon with light tannins and a smooth finish.
The acidity and lower alcohol level make this an excellent food wine. Serve it with anything with tomatoes, red sauce pastas, seafood dishes, pizza or lean cuts of red meat.
