Tasting Notes: Our first ever Mourvedre Rose. This wine has a beautiful color, is definitely dry and has aromas of strawberries, watermelon, citrus and mint with a slight herbaceousness. It has crisp acidity and a medium length finish.
A great food wine, serve it with chicken, pork or seafood dishes. The acidity makes it a goodmatch with butter or cream sauces. It also pairs very well with cheese and salads especially those containing fruit.
