BRONZE Medal Winner (INDY International Wine Competition)
Tasting Notes: Aromas of black cherries, cassis, black plums and vanilla. The tannins are moderate and the finish long and smooth.
Serve with red meats, blue veined cheeses, pasta with tomato based sauces, heavier fish dishes such as tuna or halibut steaks or blackened red fish. It also stands up to slightly spicy dishes, such as Mexican or Thai (stay away from curry!).
