Tasting Notes: Very dark in color, it has aromas of black cherries, brown sugar and eucalyptus with a slight smokiness. It has with medium tannins and a smooth, lingering finish with just a touch of heat.
Serve with barbecued, smoked or cured red meats or pork, game, red sauce pastas, chili, grilled sausages, pizza and stews.
