Tasting Notes: Aromas of cherries, green tea, dried cranberries and brown spices with a slight hint of earthiness. Made in more of a Barbaresco style (as opposed to the heavier Barolo style) the tannins are not overly aggressive and the finish has good length.
Serve with grilled or smoked red meats, dishes containing mushrooms and red sauce pastas.
