2005 EDNA VALLEY CHARDONNAY - It shows rich and luscious tropical and melon fruit ,
spicy oak characters, and has an everlasting creamy finish that makes this wine enjoyable with
shellfish and rich cream sauces - lobster bisque!
2006 PINOT GRIGIO - Well balanced, with intriguing scents of citrus zest, figs and pears, our
Pinot Grigio is delicious with many kinds of antipasto (appetizers) and prime piatti (first courses.
2006 VIOGNIER - Rich and comes with aromas of peaches, apricots and honeysuckle, along
with a lingering spicy finish. Its bold flavors will match well with Asian, Cajun or Indian cuisine.

2006 MOSCATO ALLEGRO - This excellent wine is fresh and spicy, offering exotic fruit aromas
reminiscent of orange blossoms, honeyed apricots and peaches, creating an elegant wine that dances
across your palate with intense fruit, then ends with a crisp, clean finish. Our most versatile wine,
Moscato Allegro is lovely on a hot day or a cold night. It is perfect as an aperatif, with a meal or all by itself.

2006 MERITAGE - Ruby red full bodied wine, strong aromatics and long finish. Bordeaux style with Cab Sauvignon, Cab Franc, Merlot with touch of Malbec! Complex nose of tobacco, currant, cherry and plum.
2006 SYRAH - A bold and dark ruby Australian style aged in American oak aromatics of sour cherry and
plum fruit with a subtle vanilla berry spice and white pepper edge on the final finish.
2006 GRAND ROUGE - This meduim bodied Rhone-style blend with intense red berry and raisin flavors
alond with rich lingering notes of earth and spice on the finish pairs excellent with Thai, Mexican,
Indian and Chinese cuisines. Enjoy now!
2006 PETITE SIRAH - Made from a 100% Petite Sirah, this wine is a MASSIVE wine. The nose
exhibits deep, dark blackberry, purple plums, leafy tobacco and espresso bean. The aromas follow
through on the palate with ageable, serious tannins and a rich texture. Definetly try this wine with
protein rich foods such as cheese and meat to tame this monster.
2006 MOURVEDRE - A classic, old-world styled wine, this blend of 75% Mourvedre and 25% Syrah has
lots of complex earthy notes, dark sugary fruits, and a pleasing caramelized character. This is a wine
for those of you who like old charming wines such as wines from historic wine regions in Italy, France
and Spain.
